Delete your account

All Exam Success — request permanent removal of your account and associated data.

When you delete your account, you lose access immediately. We keep related records for 7 days for security and recovery of processing errors, then permanently delete them. This cannot be undone after that window.

How deletion works:

You confirm with your password and type DELETE.
You are signed out immediately and can no longer log in.
Within 7 days we permanently remove your account and related activity data (except limited records we may retain for legal, fraud, or payment compliance as described in the Privacy Policy).
