Payment Security Policy

All Exam Success uses authorized online payment gateways for subscription and related purchases. This policy explains how payments are secured, what information we receive, and how you can protect your credentials.

It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1Authorized payment gateway

Fees are collected through SSLCommerz or another approved Bangladesh payment gateway (and, where offered, supported mobile payment methods such as bKash, Nagad, or Rocket as shown at checkout). You are redirected to the gateway’s secure checkout page to complete payment. All Exam Success does not collect or store full card numbers, CVV, or mobile banking PIN on our servers.

2Encryption and secure pages

• Checkout and callback pages use HTTPS (SSL/TLS) encryption.
• Enter payment credentials only on the gateway’s official payment screen.
• Verify the browser padlock and domain before submitting sensitive information.

3What All Exam Success receives

After you pay, we typically receive:

• Transaction ID, validation reference, amount, currency, and payment status from the gateway.
• Subscription or product details linked to your purchase (for example test type or plan).
• Masked or non-sensitive payment metadata when provided by the gateway — not full card credentials. For some manual verification flows, admins may review the payment method and phone number you submit, without storing card or PIN data.

4Your responsibilities

• Do not share OTP, card PIN, mobile banking PIN, or passwords with All Exam Success staff or anyone claiming to represent us.
• Report suspected unauthorized charges to your bank or wallet provider and contact our support promptly.
• Keep your account login credentials private and use a strong password.

5Payment support

For billing questions, failed payments, or receipt requests, contact us via Help / Support or email. Include your transaction ID when available.
