These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of All Exam Success ("we", "our", or "us"), including our website, mobile applications, and related exam-preparation services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1Acceptance of Terms

You may use the Service only if you can form a binding contract with us and only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law.

• If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
• If you register or use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
• We may require you to accept updated Terms before continuing to use certain features (for example at checkout).

2Description of the Service

All Exam Success provides digital exam-preparation tools. Depending on your plan and access, features may include:

• Practice questions, mock tests, live exams, written tests, and review tools.
• Flashcards, study materials, current affairs packs, and study plans.
• Performance tracking, bookmarks, search, and related learning features.
• Optional AI-assisted explanations or content generation where offered.
• Teacher and admin tools for authorised users.

Features may change over time. Availability can depend on your subscription, exam type access, device, and regional payment options.

3Accounts and eligibility

To use most features you must create an account and keep your information accurate.

• You must provide a valid email address and keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
• The Service is intended for users aged 13 and above. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may need a parent or guardian’s permission.
• We may refuse, suspend, or reclaim usernames or accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

4Subscriptions, payments, and access

Some content and features require a paid subscription or other purchase.

• Prices, plan duration, and included exam types are shown at checkout or on the subscription pages and may change for future purchases.
• Payments are processed by authorised payment gateways. We do not store full card numbers or mobile banking PINs on our servers.
• Access is typically activated after successful payment confirmation, subject to the Service Delivery timeline.
• Trials, promotions, or complimentary access (if offered) may have additional conditions and may end or convert according to the offer terms.
• Unless a refund is required by law or our Refund Policy, fees are generally non-refundable once digital access has been provided.

5Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

• Sharing your account login with others or selling/reselling access.
• Copying, scraping, downloading in bulk, or redistributing our question banks, flashcards, study materials, or other protected content without written permission.
• Attempting to bypass paywalls, access controls, rate limits, or security measures.
• Uploading malware, or attempting to disrupt or reverse engineer the Service.
• Using the Service to cheat in official exams, or to harass, defame, or harm others.
• Submitting false payment information or fraudulent refund claims.
• Using automated bots to create accounts or extract content except as expressly allowed by us.

6Intellectual property

The Service and its content — including questions, explanations, flashcards, branding, software, and design — are owned by All Exam Success or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

• We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own exam preparation while your access remains valid.
• You may not copy, modify, publicly display, distribute, or create derivative works from our content except as allowed by these Terms or with our prior written consent.
• All trademarks, logos, and product names are our property or their respective owners’ property.

7User-generated content

If you create or upload content (for example your own questions, notes, chat messages, or materials you submit for processing):

• You retain ownership of your original content, but grant us a licence to host, process, display, and use it as needed to operate and improve the Service.
• You represent that you have the rights to submit that content and that it does not infringe others’ rights or violate law.
• We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.
• Teachers and admins may create or review content under separate internal rules; student-facing published content remains subject to these Terms.

8AI and automated features

Some features may use artificial intelligence or automated systems to generate explanations, questions, flashcards, or feedback.

• AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your specific exam. Always verify important facts with reliable sources.
• AI features may be limited by plan, usage quotas, or availability.
• You should not rely solely on AI-generated content for exam answers or official decisions.

9Educational purpose and disclaimers

The Service is an educational preparation tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official channel of any government examining body unless we expressly state otherwise.

• We do not guarantee that you will pass any exam, obtain any job, or achieve any particular score.
• Syllabi, past papers, and exam patterns can change; content may not cover every topic or latest update.
• Live exams, written tests, and practice scores are for learning and simulation only unless a specific product states otherwise.
• The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, All Exam Success and its directors, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or exam opportunities arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the subscription or feature giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or a greater amount if required by mandatory law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (for example for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited).

11Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users.

• You may stop using the Service at any time.
• You may request account deletion as described on our account deletion page and Privacy Policy.
• Provisions that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive termination.

12Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Bangladesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your place of residence require otherwise.

13Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and may notify you by email or by a notice on the platform.

Continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes, except where applicable law requires a different process.
